The Engineering Services of the Group follow the different phases of the project, starting with the individuation of the best combination of the equipment according to the customers’ goals, continuing with the administering of the layouts, the foundations, the details of construction for the renewing equipment, concluding with the solutions for the Assembling, for the Mechanical Upgrades to increase the capacity or to improve the quality and for the Dismantling.

The Group defines the concept of the “STATE OF THE ART IN THE RENEWING EQUIPMENT”, keeping the main structures of the equipment and providing for changing every mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic electric and electronic components, setting NEW STANDARDS in the reconditioning, never reached previously by anybody.

In the last years, the Group has realized for some selected customers and on the basis of specific requestes, a mixed of BRAND-NEW and FULLY REFURBISHED Machinery for new plants or incorporating BRAND-NEW Equipment into existing plants.
In this field, an excellent success, it has been noticed by our Automatic Veneer Stackers, which show the best answer to the continually improved performances of the renewing peeling lines and pneumatic clippers. This model allows the sorting and stacking, according to the qualities or to the sizes, without causing additional splits in the veneers during the stacking operation.
The cutting veneer comes out from the clipper or from the dryer is transferred to the stacker by means of a double connecting conveyor.
